Occupational Therapy Services

Initial evaluations are currently offered on Wednesdays at 11AM. Most evaluations take 90-120 minutes. Evaluations include parent-interview, play and observation with your child, and introductory reflex screening. You will receive standardized assessment forms and intake forms to complete 24 hours before your initial evaluation. You will receive a formal report of clinical findings and observations following the evaluation.
Most treatment sessions are scheduled for 60 minutes. Caregivers are encouraged to be present for the session for home exercise program education.
